Polish advocate and founder of LUFT LAW. I advise businesses on transactions, contract negotiations and decisions about their development.
Areas of practice
I support owners and management teams when buying or selling companies, reviewing contracts and structuring commercial relationships. In technology projects, I also review product rights, data and supplier terms.
How I work
I start with the decision the client faces. I then organise the facts and documents and identify what needs negotiating or further investigation. You work directly with me.
Qualifications and publications
I am a member of the Warsaw Bar. My education combines law and strategic management. I co-authored a Lexology publication on legal due diligence in Polish technology transactions.
